Worship at Dakshineswar Temple on Modi's Birthday, Initiative to Light 10,000 Lamps

**Dakshineswar:** On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday, BJP leaders Shamik Bhattacharya and Locket Chatterjee offered prayers at the Ma Bhavatarini Temple in Dakshineswar for his well-being. It is reported that they performed the worship along with the temple authority representative Kushal Chatterjee.

Special programs have also been organized at Dakshineswar Temple in honor of the Prime Minister's birthday. BJP leader Shamik Bhattacharya mentioned that there are plans to construct an international guest house in the name of Ma Sarada Devi at Dakshineswar.

In the evening, it was also announced that 10,000 lamps would be lit in the temple courtyard for the Prime Minister's well-being. The temple courtyard has created an atmosphere of enthusiasm surrounding this special program for the birthday.

It is noteworthy that September 17 marks Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 76th birthday. Various programs have been organized by the BJP across the country to celebrate his birthday. In West Bengal, several initiatives, including the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan', have also been undertaken.
