Police Raid on a Lodge in Jhargram Over Secret Prostitution Allegations, 21 Arrested

**Jhargram:** The police of Jhargram conducted a major raid at a private lodge in Jhargram city over allegations of running a secret prostitution ring. According to police sources, a total of **21 people have been arrested**. Among the arrested are 13 women and 8 men.

Police sources reported that they began an investigation after receiving complaints about immoral activities taking place at various lodges in Jhargram city. Following specific information received through secret sources, a raid was conducted at **Renu Lodge** in Jhargram.

During the raid, 13 women and 8 men were detained from the lodge. They were later arrested and taken to Jhargram police station. It is reported that interrogation of the arrested individuals is ongoing.

The operation was led by Jhargram police station's IC **Uday Shankar Ghosh** and SDPO **Shameem Biswas**. The police are investigating the activities of the lodge and how such operations were being conducted there.
