236 Staff Nurse Recruitment at SVIMS, Online Applications Begin

The Sri Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) has initiated a large-scale recruitment drive to strengthen healthcare services. A notification has been issued for the recruitment of 236 staff nurse positions. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online within the specified time.

According to the notification, the selected candidates will be stationed in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The monthly salary for the selected employees will range from approximately ₹38,720 to ₹1,18,390 based on the government pay scale.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have completed B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university and must be registered with the Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council.

Additionally, candidates who have completed the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course can also apply. In this case, specific experience and registration with the nursing council are mandatory.

Age Limit

The minimum age for candidates is set at 18 years, and the maximum age is 42 years.

Age relaxation will be provided for candidates from reserved categories as per government rules.

Application Fee

A separate application fee has been prescribed for candidates from different categories. Candidates with disabilities (PwBD) will not have to pay any application fee.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on a written examination, skill assessment (skill test), and interview.
