Durgapur Covered in Fog, Visibility Reduced on National Highway 19

**Durgapur:** Since Saturday morning, the industrial city of Durgapur has been enveloped in thick fog. The dominance of fog has been noticeable in various areas of the city, including the city center, since morning. While the fog enhances the chill of winter, it also reduces visibility on the roads.

Especially on **National Highway 19**, the impact of the fog was quite evident. Drivers faced difficulties as distant vehicles were not clearly visible. To avoid accidents, many vehicles were seen moving slowly with their headlights on.

Due to the fog covering several important roads and areas of Durgapur since morning, visibility was lower than usual. As a result, drivers are advised to exercise extra caution while traveling on national highways and other important roads.

Visibility may further decrease, especially during dawn and morning due to the fog. Therefore, those concerned emphasize maintaining adequate distance while driving and using headlights as necessary.
